Our non pasteurized beer is naturally unfined. Our beers are not filtered and not pasteurized during the brewing process, which adds to their flavour and aroma.
Engineers, technologists and manufacturers view beer brewing as the process of the physiochemical nature. Ancient charlatans considered it the magical beverage, medieval monks – mystical one, master brewers appreciate its taste, craft and experience.

Ingredients: water, pilsner malt, Vienna malt, light caramel malt, acidulated malt, yeast, Hallertauer Tradition hops, Hallertauer Perle hops, Lublin hops.
Flavour: rich, spiky and short-lasting bitterness, its character is defined by a distinctive hoppy flavour (herbal, grassy, lightly flowery), lightly malted, distinctively dry, sharp and refreshing, balanced towards hops and bitterness.
Ingredients: water, pilsner malt, Vienna malt, Munich malt, light caramel malt, acidulated malt, yeast, Hallertauer Tradition hops.
Flavour: strong herbal bitterness, light malt base, sharp dry and refreshing, with distinctive hoppy finish, well balanced between bittersweet.
Bottom-fermented dark beers
Ingredients: water, Munich malt, pilsner malt, Vienna malt, light caramel malt, acidulated malt, yeast, Hallertauer Tradition hops, Hallertauer Perle hops.
Flavour: dark malty, bread crust, nuts, slight aromas of bread and nuts, balanced bitterness, light hoppy note, subtle heady warming finish.
Ingredients: water, Munich malt, pilsner malt, caramel malt, roasted malt (dyeing), yeast, hops (Perle).
Flavour: subtle dry, malty flavour with aromas of roasted malts and a note of whole bread, coffee and dark chocolate.
PSZENICZNE Kociewia (WHEAT beer from Kociewie)
Ingredients: water, wheat malt, pilsner malt, Vienna malt, Munich malt, light caramel malt, acidulated malt, yeast, Hallertauer Perle hops.
Flavour: banana, citrusy bitterness, light spicy aroma (gingerbread, cloves), subtle bitterness, crispy in taste – leaves strong fizzy sensation on your tongue, rich but smooth and well-balanced.
